"I give this four stars with an asterisk. The pictures online do not give a good representation of the age of this place. It was clean, but ancient. It took a loooooong time for the water to heat up. The bed was comfortable, I'll give you that. But the floors were hard and cold (no carpet). Teeny little flimsy lamp on one side of the bed and a monster wooden one that had to be 40 years old on the other. The wall space heater worked well. But there was painted styrofoam insulation tucked in around the cool air blower. The toilet was teeeeeny and uncomfortable. It's really hard to rate this place. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't worth $94/night. Maybe $75."

"This place is dated. It needs renovations and upgrades. I never saw a USB port. But the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was far superior to the typical offering for this class of lodging."

"The kitchen was the main reason for choosing this apartment. My husband and I were going to be in Rawlins for 7 nights and I wanted a place to prepare breakfast and dinner. The apartment was equipped with a coffee make, toaster, (good) pots and pans, dish towels, dishes and utensils. The pictures provided in the listing are accurate. The apartment was very clean. The host did a great job staying in contact. This place was a great value with the amenities it offered. "

"House was clean, host communication was great. The people renting the other side of the duplex were loud after midnight. Not great, but Host cannot be held liable for that. Didn't like that there was no on site parking as stated, just in the street which we were uncomfortable with. Neighborhood just gave off and "unsafe" vibe. Put my son on edge."
