This is not a property for couples. Noisy with kids everywhere. They put us in a room that was a 10 minute walk from reception, Wi-Fi didn’t work.

good but can be better

the resort has great potential, very well maintained facilities and 2 large pools, that even when the hotel is full it does not feel overcrowded. The resort is very large and it is a pity that it has only one entrance, in order to visit the area next to the train station one has to walk around the whole perimeter, which takes 20min, if a secondary entrance is available it would take only 5 min. Access to beach and sunbed is also a plus (sunbeds are free of charge except the first row). The child feed area is also highly appreciated for families with young kids. Food overall was more than decent. The main problem with this resort is connectivity, unless you are with a private car its impossible to reach except with a taxi. And that is why almost all guest are Italians. If one wants to spend a whole stay at the beach or next to the pool this is the ideal place, but if you want to visit the neighbouring villages it is highly recommended to rent a car, taxis from the hotel are exuberantly expensive. Entertainment in the evening was ok, its all in italian, so if you dont understand the language it will be a problem. Staff in general do their best to help guests, eventhough they are mostly all teenagers. Drink prices which are not part of the all inclusive are on the high side, ex small beer and amaro at 4eur. Overall, it was a good experience.

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit 2 riesigen Pool-landschaften. Zimmer einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet mit Stühlen auf der Terrasse und 1 Windelständer, sauber und hygienisch. Schade, dass man die Anlage nur über den Hauptausgang oder den Strand verlassen konnte. Somit musste ich jeweils 2 km marschieren um meine Familie draussen zu sehen.

Soggiorno Stupendo

Tre giorni di puro Relax!!! Ottima la cucina ed ogni tipo di servizio, dall'animazione al personale di piscina, ai camerieri, agli addetti reception. Camere ben curate e pulite, ampi spazi verdi e sopratutto tranquillità, silenzio, relax totale. Esperienza da ripetere senz'altro, consigliato vivamente.

Le camere sulla piscina Laguna (zona relax) sono apprezzabili , (lettini bordo piscina riservati e piscina a 2 mt comodissimo) e con il bagnino che fa' rispettare la zona relax sempre presente . Il ristorante per essere un all inclusive direi con abbastanza varieta' e di buona qualità, molto apprezzati i bachi di pizzeria, rosticceria ,griglieria a vìsta e il banco di pasticceria . L' animazione veramemte bravi , anche il mini club ben organizzato, il personale del bar simpatico e professionale . Direi tutto bene , migliorabile il servizio di pulizia in camera non troppo accurato.

Spiaggia un po' lontana da raggiungere. Il ristorante non è baricentrico, e chiude un po' troppo presto la sera (9,15). Carente l'offerta di cibo al di fuori dei pasti principali. Negli ultimi giorni di soggiorno la stanza non è stata adeguatamente pulita. Nonostante questi difetti è un ottima struttura, con staff valente e con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto nel contesto italiano, dove ogni scusa è buona per addebitare extra.

La struttura è molto grande e circondata da tanto verde ben curato. Due piscine enormi, una relax e una animata molto pulite. Stupendo soggiorno, cortesia, professionalità. Ottima struttura ben predisposta. Un particolare ringraziamento allo Chef in quanto molto attento alle richieste di allergia, in particolare nel mio caso per allergia al pepe nero di mia moglie "ha potuto mangiare tutto", cucinato tutto senza pepe nero. Bella struttura ma gestione da rivedere

Bella struttura, vicina al mare e dotata di grandi piscine, campi da gioco e corposa animazione. Buona la cucina con varie possibilità di scelta. Note dolenti: reception incapace a rispondere ad ogni richiesta; pulizia delle camere non all'altezza e francamente in un 4 stelle il cambio delle lenzuola una volta a settimana è inadeguato. Camere piccole e sistemazione delle culle per infant del tutto improvvisate.
