"All staff were very, very good Stephania was very attentive and great fun. The place was very clean and well appointed with excellent breakfast and lunch. An excellent and perfect for a quiet break.
It would be really great if an evening meal could be provided. Currently one has to go Squinzano and restaurants open after 8. "
"All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible."
"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. "We stayed only one night after landing into Brindisi on a late flight. The hotel is directly opposite the train station and about 10 min from the airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast provided was great. Would recommend staying here "

"We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area.
Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English.
Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy.

This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
