"Noi non siamo stati bene per niente.. Non sapevano neanche che arrivavamo! Non c'era il telecomando della TV e non c'è lo hanno mai dato! La colazione era dalle ore 9 e perciò siamo andati a farla fuori per non dover partire alle 10,,,, il ristorante alla sera apriva alle 20:00 ma non ci hanno detto che alle 21 chiudeva e pertanto ci hanno mandato via alle 20:30!!!!!! Da evitare sicuramente!"

Wonderful Service and GREAT value

"What a wonderful surprise! When we checked in, we were treated like we were valued guests. We parked in the “driveway” with assistance from the staff. The room was basic - but had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We received an excellent recommendation for dinner - just a few minutes walk from the room - a truly superb meal at Diane Restaurant. I was impressed that a cooked breakfast was included. We had two servers - each more pleasant than the other who wanted to make sure we enjoyed the meal. We looked up places to visit the following morning, and visited the Roman ruins of an Imperial Palace in town - a short drive away with easy parking. The ruins have been covered in a large building. There were perfect descriptions in English. There were a maximum of four visitors when we were there. This was a great value overall - and much thanks to the two staff members who helped make our visit a memorable experience."
