"I stayed in this hotel due to the fitness facilities advertised even though it was a little further from where my business meeting was the next morning. When I arrived at 8pm I was told that the Restaurant would close at 8.30pm and the gym at 9pm. I joked that I would have to decide whether to eat or go to the gym and was told I could do both very quickly. I decided to use the gym and walked to a supermarket after to buy some food. It is out in the countryside, with no street lights. No reception but a key box. No open restaurant, so no food available. If the hotel had warned us, we might have been able to order a sandwich or salad and a beerwhich could have been placed in the fridge in the room, and of course paid for it, but this was not an option.
