The restaurant and food were amazing. The bar staff was so friendly. Our room was the best we have stayed at in Thailand. Just perfect. Last but certainly not least we had a driver who drove us on a couple of errands. I cannot recall his name either, but he was so incredibly kind and courteous. "Wow, what a beautiful establishment and wonderful staff. I felt very at peace here- a mini getaway in the heart of Old City. The pool was clean, breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious. There aren’t any elevators but staff help carry luggage so it’s not an issue. You can tell they’ve been in the business for a while and take good care of you here! "

"This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai."
