The property is far below expectations: the staff is unfriendly, and there are no amenities as listed. We were provided a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one and had to request a change. It took a while for them to give us the correct room type.

Good stay place in Srinagar, Kashmir

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kashmir Hotel Resort during my visit to Srinagar. Overall, my experience to say was nice, facility is more than average, the location of the hotel was excellent, alittle far from the airport but the scenic route to the place was good 30-40 min drive fom airport easy access to popular attractions, good dining options. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests as well as the owner was excellent.On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options, and the quality of the food was satisfactory for the price. The hotel's common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and very modern.Please note that experiences may vary, and it's always best to research thoroughly and read other reviews before making a decision
