Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Poor Service

Staff at restaurant was untrained. They don't know what to serve at what time and moreover they lack basic servicing & communication skills. General Manager of the property doesn't have a courtesy to meet and address guests grievances and look at service deficiency.
