"Property is spacious as advertised. 16 people were able to spread out and sleep well. This is a property better suited for summer travel and not winter though. We were there for ice fishing and ended up having to leave. Access to the lake was all snowed in from the house. None of the showers really worked, but it is a well and it was frozen cold out. In the summer I expect it would not be a problem. So the space was as advertised, but for a large group ice fishing trip, I would not stay there...
