"Very nice place to stay. It served us well."

"Our (basement) unit was flooded on arrival and the tenant upstairs said that the shared laundry area on that level had been flooded for _Weeks_ and he had notified the host multiple times, and nothing had been done. I found large amounts of mold on the walls and many baseboards and doorframes were warped. Obviously, the place had been flooded before that day because mold doesn't grow that fast. We checked in a little after 10pm and left multiple messages with our host who got back to us the next...

"An excellent use of space that would be perfect for 1-2 people staying for any length of time. Quiet suburban neighborhood. Shops, food, and a dispensary all within a 20-30 minute walk from the suite. It's in a basement but the height from the floor to the ceiling is more than you'd expect and the shower would work perfectly for tall folks."

"Very comfortable and cosy, well appointed open design space. Central location (literally, above Central Station), walkable to the museum and to the art gallery, as well as access to the river trails. Easy to get anywhere quickly by bus or rail."

"The area itself is very unsafe. Lots of homeless, but the property was extremely clean, had an on-site front desk and security, vending machines, two-room gym, a lounge, and our room we got was super neat; it was exactly like the photos. The microwave is also an oven and I wish I had had found out sooner! 10/10 would book with this host again ❤️"
