"Place was excellent, great for a cycling trip with work mates. Slight issue when we turned up, but Giles sorted out straight away. Place was great five stars all over. The only thing that was annoying was the flies. Thousands of them. We went out and bought about ten fly strips which when we put up had hundreds of flies on them. Rooms were excellent, massive fire place which was great. Hot water always there and a great swimming pool. It was a bit damp and musky in the downstairs bedrooms. That’s just two queries really which didn’t affect our stay, would recommend to anyone. Thanks Giles "

"The location was great - quiet and remote. The house, La Chapelle, provided everything we needed for the week: plenty of space and facilities - swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, bicycles etc. The four grandchildren loved the swimming pool and spent a huge amount of time playing in the water. The grounds to the house are extensive and well looked after with plenty of space for the children to run around and explore. The surrounding area is relatively flat so cycling is easy. The Loire valley is a wonderful area to visit which we know well having stayed before on several occasions. We had a really enjoyable week. We would recommend this property and may well return again in the future. "
