"Location of property great. Near to hokf course . Quite noisy road outside. Room on too floor was a bit dated. Lights not working requiring bit if upgrade. Bathroom stunning had been refurbished . Breakfast lovely and staff lovely. Coffee machine and water nice touch."

"This property is ideally located to the center of town and the golf course. It is also walkable from the bus station. The room was clean and serviceable with the staff (off-site) being responsive to inquiries.The double bed is a little tiny."

"Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. Main bedroom a good size and both bathrooms were small but perfect and really clean. Everything else was great, lots of little extras like coffee pods, cleaning products etc."

"My favorite place we stayed in 10 nights of Scotland. Great location for St. Andrews. It was 5 minutes by car from the Old Course. There is a bus to town. It was not plush, but very nice, clean and had so much character. The grocery store which serves breakfast and the take-out for dinner were a two-minute walk. The bartender you check in with was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Great stay. Wish we were there longer."
