Great dinner in St Andrews Bay Grill, although having golfers at the other end of the restaurant shouting at the football on tv was a bit of a downside Hotel room, breakfast and spa amazing as always (our 9th visit) Walk into St Andrews was lovely and we were blessed with the weather. The hotel shuttle bus back to the hotel was welcome!

An outstanding stay from start to finish. We will definitely be returning. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a fantastic selection and consistently high quality each morning. The restaurants throughout the resort were equally impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements, including a food allergy within our group, which gave us great peace of mind. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The pool and leisure facilities were excellent, and despite the resort being busy, it never felt overcrowded or hectic. What really made the stay special was the staff. Every member of the team greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Their friendly and attentive service turned an already excellent resort into a memorable family holiday.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel truly welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. The golf facilities were excellent and a real highlight of the trip, with the course being in great condition and offering a superb experience. My only criticism would be the breakfast service. While the food itself was very good, the queues were extremely long and resulted in a considerable wait each morning. Improving the breakfast flow would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
