"The night I checked in was horrible the agent was a little rude the hotel looked scary a homeless man was in the lobby walking around and looking for what I don’t know and another couple looked like they where off the streets. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel "

"The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room could've been more improved. "
