"Very good location. However staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was disappointing. Foods not labelled and the cutlery was hidden away. However I did enjoy the hot chocolate and I would stay there again "

"We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!"

"The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff are courteous and very responsive to your needs. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The availability of a nice restaurant for the dinner and the breakfast buffet offered on site is a big plus especially after the season when many gastronomy businesses around are dormant. A small Saint Nicolaus gift which I found in the morning at the doorsteps of my room was a pleasant surprise. "
