"Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts! "Our stay at Avant Family Villa was absolutely great. The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. ​The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier. A huge thank you to the hosts—they were awesome and their communication was incredibly fast and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!" Highly recommended for families!""

"The room was clean. All the rooms are within Ocean view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is beautiful and water is crystal. Clear not crowded. Can always find a great spot on the beach would definitely consider returning into this hotel"

"Extremely beautiful! This was the best Birthday couples trip ever! My husband and I fell in love with this place so much. My cousins were so glad to enjoy the moment with us. We’re still looking at the pictures in awe. The views of the water is so beautiful in person. Pictures don’t do it any justice. I was excited to jump in the cove and swim free and feel like a mermaid lol.Colleen is that girl! Super sweet! Her cooking is so amazing. The oxtails, curry shrimp, rice and peas, and plantains are to die for!!!! She makes sure everything and everyone is good from the time she walks in to the time she leaves. We had great laughs with her. It felt like home. We also enjoyed Clarence our driver. He will make sure you get the experience you need! Great personality, always on time, and very informative. Some great laughter was shared. My husband is still calling him cousin lol. Arthur this was such a great experience as you promised! We will be back for sure. We miss it already! Many Blessings "

"One of my favorite places I stayed. Not ideal location if you want to be walkable in Ocho Rios, but it’s a close drive, and the quiet of the treehouse is a nice break from the city life."
