Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Turn all heaters, fans, AC unit off
Clean black stone grill if used. Turn off grill and propane tank
All trash must be bagged and put in outdoor can. No loose trash please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
