This condo is fully outfitted for blissful vacationing at St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort on beautiful Anastasia Island, with picturesque stretches of beaches and fun in the sun. Make your vacation a dream with your hot tub equipped courtyard - just steps from the condo - in this oceanfront community near the old-world charm and seaside splendor of historic St. Augustine! Primary bathroom has a walk in shower with seat. This Courtyard villa condo includes free wireless internet, cable TV and furnishings, all upgraded kitchen appliances, microwave and washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors open to a private outdoor patio from the airy living room where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and sunshine. This condo sleeps six people with a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room. St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort has two tennis courts, two swimming pools (1 heated), Shuffleboard, Bocce ball, Pickleball courts and five buildings have hot tubs. Spend the days soaking in the sun on the beaches of St. Augustine, and the nights exploring the Old City with its charming streets, restaurants galore and nightly live music.

Additional offerings include board games, a Keurig combo coffee machine (drip and pods) and small appliances are located above fridge and in large owner's closet including a waffle maker, a popcorn maker, a blender, mini food chopper, coffee bean grinder, iced coffee maker and a handheld mixer. Beach toys, pool noodles, boogie board located in a bin on top of dryer and beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella in owner's closet.
