Budget Friendly: We are glad you are here! This beautiful1st floor, corner unit with Southern exposure conveniently located just steps away from the 2 pools and the beach. This condo has all the comforts of home: a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable, 3 TVs, DVD Player, washer/dryer, microwave and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

New sofa bed and living room decor will help you transform into beach mode! (New pictures are coming soon). The master suite includes a Queen size bed and the ensuite has a full-size walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the living area has ceramic tile.

Relax and enjoy your coffee or work on your tan on the comfortable southern exposure patio. Welcome to paradise!

When you are not relaxing and want to move around, there is plenty to do within St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet. There are 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (1 heated in the winter), Shuffleboard, new Bocce Ball Court, and Pickleball. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is only a 7-minute drive for your favorite music venues, and the Historical Downtown is only a 15-minute car ride. Enjoy the interesting and most delicious food options both on the beach and in the downtown area should you choose not to cook a meal or two!

Last minute get away

Decided we needed more space than a hotel room last minute-found this place & it was perfect. I was honestly a little worried it was too good to be true price was very reasonable for new years in Saint Augustine! Everything was flawless including getting our damage deposit back! Enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub!
