This Condo screams BEACH!

Adorable beach condo renovated in 2017. Just steps from spectacular St. Augustine Beach, this quiet third floor condo was completely renovated including a fully stocked kitchen and brand-new furniture and appliances. And you will see the ocean and watch sunrises from the balcony without having to pay extra for it!

A queen bed in the master and a full bed and single bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom provide for a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. This condo includes a large TV/DVD in the living room and a TV in master bedroom as well as free private wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and washer/dryer.

No elevators are in this building. Two pools, a hot tub, 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, pickleball court a racquetball court, and an OCEAN VIEW offer fun for everyone. Plus, there is a shuffleboard court and new bocce ball court--something for everyone here!

Beach restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, and it's just 10 minutes from historical St. Augustine. Relax and enjoy BEACH LIFE!
