This is an ocean front third floor condo with a fabulous view of the ocean. It is tile throughout and has a king bed in the master and twins in the guest bedroom and free high-speed wireless internet. There is a sleep sofa in the living room, as this condo sleeps 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a serving counter to the dining room.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has four tennis courts, two swimming pools, and racquetball.

Spend the days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine, and the nights exploring the old city.

This condo has lots of pros and few minor cons. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed our first time in St. Augustine! Pros: Quiet complex, great pools, clean outdoor spaces, lots of parking, nice hot tubs, excellent beach access, comfortable beds, good location (short drive to everything you need), beautiful beach view. Cons: Bedrooms lack ceiling fans, sliding door was very difficult to open & close, mildew in the shower heads needs cleaned, sofa is broken down & makes a loud noise each time you sit down.
