Great amenities: hot tub, two swimming pools (one heated in Winter), two tennis courts, racquet ball courts, bocce ball, catch and release fishing pond, boardwalk with no steps to beach, beach toys, chairs & towels in unit. Pack your bags & come enjoy our beach condo home!

Minimum age limit: We are happy to make reservation for individuals 23 and older. You may not book for anyone under 23 if you do not plan to be on property during the stay.
