Beach Haven - Family Friendly beach house

Welcome to Beach Haven!

  Escape to this family friendly beach rental located in the Windswept Acres neighborhood of Crescent Beach. Our sunny little beach house is surrounded by locals and only a short walk to beach for surf or the IntraCoastal for a sunset stroll, this will quickly become a favorite! 

Once you step inside from the covered porch you will instantly feel relaxed. The living areas have several seating options great for reading, conversation or a family game night. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the large screen TV and catch a romantic movie. There are three bedrooms which provide the perfect place to dream of the next days adventure. Guest bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen size bed. Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is easily accessible to bedrooms and living rooms. Our 2nd guest bedroom has a a full size mattress plus trundle for the kiddos. The Master Retreat features a King size bed, its own private bathroom with full size shower and dual vanities.  

Ready to cook up the days fresh catch? Thats a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen which has all the essentials needed for meal prep. Don't forget about the grill on the back veranda, which has not only has outdoor seating with umbrellas but is a fully fenced yard perfect for the kids or furry friends to run around in and let off some steam. Housed in our backyard shed is the bikes and beach accessories we encourage you to use while here visiting! 

There is an additional pet fee, please let us know - Pet fee $200.00. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

**Airbnb Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Another great stay

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s consistently fantastic. Super clean, well fenced yard for the dog, everything you could need for the beach in the shed and room for everyone. Great location too!

Great Beach Vacation

Great vacation for our family. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk to and from the beach. Would love come back and visit again someday!

Beach Haven for sure!

Great Beach rental

This place made me feel like I was at home! Everything was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels including beach towels. The big back yard was great for our dog to run around. We used the chairs and buggy from the shed at the beach which is a short walk down the street. The beach was not crowded at all, but groceries and restaurants were close. From the easy check in/out to the great location, this place was perfect!

Happy and disappointed

The house was perfect. Very comfortable there and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean as well. Location to beach misrepresented. The picture showing beach entry is not a true picture and you have to cross the main highway. Specifically asked about the grill as the majority of the food I was bringing was for a grill. It was completely rusted and 2 of the 3 burners were collapsed and the other burner would only be about 1/8th of an inch on high. Had to buy a mini charcoal grill just to cook on a grill. When I checked in there was a pile of dead yard refuse against the fence . The landscaper showed up 4 days later and still never removed it.

Loved it!

This was a perfect little beach cottage for a relaxing beach vacation. Loved the fenced in yard for our labs and the back deck was so quiet and ideal to do yoga in the morning facing the nature behind the house. Short walk to the beach and the intercoastal. We also really enjoyed the usage of the bicycles. The artwork and decorations in the house were nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. House was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities. Our dog loved the yard and we all enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

My husband and I traveled with our dog and our daughter and her family. The accommodations were as expected per the listing and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. It was nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items supplied for our visit. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and the nearby park was a plus.

Great location near beach

Loved the short walk to the beach from this very quaint, clean, well stocked beach cottage. Also only a short car ride to historic St. Augustine. Great stay for us!

Fantastic property

We not only loved the look and coziness of the home but the location as well. Being able to bring our dogs, have a nice fenced in yard for them and a great neighborhood to walk in was nice. And the location to the beach was very easy and close. We owned our own home about a mile from this location. So we know the area very well. And this property is a must stay! We'll be back!

Everything you need and a quick walk to the beach

We loved our stay here! It’s a quick walk to the beach, the road you have to cross, A1A, is easy to cross on foot. We crossed it day and night and drivers where respectful of the cross walk which has flashing lights you trigger. That was the only thing I was worried about when booking. It’s a non-issue. The house is well stocked with all that you need, beach gear, bikes, and even tanks of gas for the grill. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the stay, it was great!
