Ride the in-home elevator between floors and settle into sun-filled living areas designed for easy togetherness. Open-plan layouts, generous natural light, and Smart TVs make it effortless to shift from active beach days to quiet evenings in.

​Sleeping Arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds, each thoughtfully appointed with fresh linens, hangers, and room to unwind after a day by the water.

​Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Pull up to the dining table inside, or fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor meal on the patio or balcony.

​Outdoor & Pool
Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). It's a community pool shared with the North house - available all year and saltwater. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided so you can head straight across A1A to the sand.

​Location
You're moments from a peaceful stretch of North Vilano Beach. For water sport enthusiasts, the garage accommodates a boat or jet ski alongside up to 3 vehicles. Historic downtown St. Augustine - the Nation's Oldest City - is just a short drive away for dining, culture, and old-town charm.

Self check-in via lockbox. Washer, dryer, iron, and dedicated workspace are all on-site. Dogs welcome (up to 2) with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
