This recently renovated private home is 300 yards from the beach and just a a few blocks from the fishing pier, farmers market, great restaurants and shopping. Great place, central location

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was near everything—minutes from downtown, shops, restaurants, and above all the beach. We were able to walk to the beach with ease. Loved staying at the property and hope to return next year.

Beautiful spacious beach home

Had a wonderful week at this property. Great location can walk to beach and restaurants. The house was spacious and very clean with everything you need. Check in/out was a breeze and I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation

The house is amazing and is in a great location. We took our 2 daughters and our son in law to celebrate my youngest graduating high school and enlisting in the Navy. We walked to the beach almost everyday & to get ice cream at Mayday’s (it’s a must!). We plan to try to come back again next year!

My best short term rental experience to date!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to beach chairs. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. The host, Tony, was available to answer any questions with an immediate response. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our favorite beach getaway…

We have been staying at this location every year for the last four years. We love the location—close to fun restaurants/downtown St. Augustine and close to the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach and relaxing in the house. This house is clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs as a small family of three. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect!

Tony was so accommodating and accessible. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to the beach and dining. We made many wonderful memories in this home. We highly recommend and hope to be back next summer. If you are an early riser, take a quick walk to the beach and catch a breathtaking sunrise.

Great House and Great Vacation

The house is excellent. Perfect location, short walk to the beach. The house is immaculate, kitchen stocked for familes who want to cook. There is also a zester. We always bring ours however Tony thought of everything for the kitchen, and through out the entire house for his guests. Great resturants are within short walking distances. Our time there was perfect.

Outstanding property

We have been coming to St. Augustine Beach for decades, but once we found Tony's house, we knew where we were coming from now on. Beautiful house with terrific location, modern appliances and great decoration- what more could you ask for? We also had wonderful sunny weather the entire time with not a drop of rain- awesome!

Easy Breezy Beach Rental

We really enjoyed the beach house. It was very clean and has a great layout. The outside shower was useful for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We would definitely book this property again!

Beach Bliss

This quaint beach neighborhood is preciously nostalgic. The house is clean, airy & nicely decorated. It’s such a quick walk to the beach, and it is breathtaking. The horizon is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Publix is just a mile & a half down the road. Island Donuts is a must. We had an excellent vacation!!

This place is top notch!

We adore this beach house. It is beautifully kept, and is very close to the beach and great restaurants. It is the perfect place to fully relax, get in quality beach time, and decompress. It is very spacious with a wonderful breezy upstairs porch, and a back patio with a gorgeous outdoor shower. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in St. Augustine after staying here (two years in a row now)!

Terrific location and property

This property was a great place for a recent week long vacation we planned around a family wedding in historic St. Augustine. We loved the location-a quick 2 block walk to the beach and within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Everything was provided for us: beach towels, beach chairs, linens, even bikes. The house was clean, nicely decorated and we were very comfortable there. We would definitely book here again in the future.

It's Everything it Says it Is!!

This property is awesome! It looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely clean and comfortable. So many memories made in the large living and dining room area with great food and family games. Walk to the beach was absolutely nothing and once there the beach and ocean were amazing. So close to downtown and great donut shop a few walking blocks away and tasty breakfast at the A1A diner. Tony is a great host sharing his wonderful beach house.
