Welcome to Your Slice of paradise, Chatauqua Palms A!

This three bedroom two and ½ bathroom 1400 sq. ft townhouse is located less than a block to the beach, just a short walk out the front door.
The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, ½ bath and a kitchen that has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and is fully equipped to cook your meals. There are numerous restaurants close by. Burrito Works Taco Shop, Stir It Up , Beachcomber, The Tides and Mango Mango restaurants are all within 850 feet.

Enjoy a romantic or family movie night on the 48-inch Smart TV with Netflix in the living room. Both TV’s upstairs have Roku with several free streaming services. The condo also provides a Blu-Ray player and a selection of DVD’s along with some books and games.

When ready to wind down and relax ChatA master bedroom has a king bed with a large shower in the master en suite. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds, all linens provided. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo in the upstairs hallway. There is an air mattress provided as well.

The outside patio area offers a propane grill for that fresh catch caught on your fishing charter, eat dinner al fresco on the outside teak picnic table, and use the fire pit to enjoy the cooler nights or make a batch of Smore's.

Beach towels, cooler and a beach wagon are included for your day at St Augustine Beach. Wash the sand off with the provided outside shower. Private parking is available for several cars. EV Charger at the condo.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Walking Close to beach and great restsursnts

We have stayed here before about 5 years ago. I love the location to be able to walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, and shops. It was so nice to have beach supplies in the home to use , games, washer and dryer and comfortable beds.

We loved our time at the rental property. We were 1 block from the beach and 2 doors over was the best taco shop! We were a short drive away from Publix, the city center and many other things. The property had beach towels, sand toys, cart to lug all the beach things to and from the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

This was such a perfect space and location for our family of five. Very comfortable and next to a lot of our favorite spots. If it’s your first time we highly recommend Kookaburra coffee, Beachcomber and A1A Burrito works. Very responsive host. Super clean space with all the amenities. Loved it and will definitely book again our next visit.

Beach townhouse

A friend and I stayed for 5 days...and the space is great when the weather isnt perfect (games...nap...movies...big space)...when the weather is good it's very close to the beach. Lots of great beach restaurants...in fact you really dont have to leave the beach if you don't want too (Publix is a mile or so). The town just has a great vibe...part of that is the people. Looking forward to the next visit...

Enjoyable vacation

Our family stayed for 6 days and every day was amazing. The historic district is full of restaurants, museums and history. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. The convenience to the beach was unbeatable! I quick crossing of the street and you were at the beach, great local restaurant, and walking distance to the pier! You won’t regret it! Perfect location for a summer vacation.

Spacious and clean!

This unit was updated, spacious and clean. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having WiFi and Netflix! The only issues were, the trash can outside was already full when we got there so we had nowhere to put ours and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels very quickly. Also, the back sliding door did not lock which I’m sure will be taken care of. But overall I would give this stay 5 stars! It’s a great price for all that you get! We will definitely be staying here again!

Convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine Beach; quick, easy beach access and near to other family members living in the area. The townhome was very clean and comfortable but the kitchen REALLY needs some additional items such as glass casserole dishes and the like. With 6 staying there, and the option to add 2 more, if you plan to do any meals in, you may need to purchase some foil disposable pans. And there was only 1 wine glass in the cabinets! YIkes. There were some beer mugs in the freezer for those imbibing in that beverage. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs, the small cooler and the beach towels. Very convenient!

Great location, close to beach, but ....

We have been visiting St Augustine every 6-8 weeks for the last 3 years, and have had our share of rental properties. We have been quite pleased with some properties and others merely suffice. As this unit has a great location, it falls into the "just ok" category. The floor plan is nice is good but furniture isn't very comfy. The king size bed is a bonus but it was made with a queen size sheet. We fought over the covers through out the night. The place was stocked with bare minimums... we had to buy toilet paper as there wasn't any in the house. Bath towels were rough (2 washcloths only) and the unit didn't have simple but necessary things like tissues. And since the toilet paper was scarce, it was just another bummer. The kitchen was bare with any useful supplies like zip loc baggies, napkins, etc. Maybe we've been too spoiled with all the amenities at other rentals? This unit did have beach items such as chairs, towels, a cooler etc which is always nice to have. My biggest frustration was the neighbor right next door. Our first night here, a knock on the door yielded someone bursting in the condo uninvited around 9pm. Clearly he had been drinking and just walked right in with no warning. Not very cool. Very creepy. Between that and the loud bar with music on the corner, it wasn't as relaxing as we are used to. The internet connection is intermittent and slow which made it difficult to get work done as our trips aren't all vacation. All in all it was average. Will not be staying here in the future despite the easy access to beach. It's clean and pretty but not our favorite by any means.

Super clean condo within 2 blocks of a beautiful beach. Any communication with the host was immediate and quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

St.Augustine Beach codo

We loved the close proximity to the beach and local hangouts. The unit was just the right size for our family of 5. We were surprised to find the front door unlocked when we arrived in the early morning We were disappointed in the beach chairs and cart, as were in poor condition Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay here again
