This charming cottage has been thoughtfully upgraded while retaining its vintage Florida character. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings, a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. The cottage includes two bedrooms—a queen and a full bed—plus a full-size sofa bed in the living area. A folding mini crib and highchair are available on site, making it easy for families to settle in.

The fenced yard makes it simple to bring your dogs along, and the patio features a table, chairs, and a lighted umbrella for evening meals or relaxing with friends. Parking is conveniently located right at the door.

Set on the quieter south end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach offers soft white sand perfect for long walks, bike rides, or surf fishing. We got the code to the wrong unit. This unit was much smaller had only one bathroom . It was completely different from what I booked. Once I contacted them, it took 20h to get back to me. I send a message after we left and did not hear from them for 5 days. We got told we would get a refund. I finally contacted Vrbo to see if they can help. We did get a partial refund. The place was clean .
