The dining table will seat 8 comfortably, plus there are 3 counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar. The COFFEE BAR features both a "Ninja" brand specialty coffeemaker AND a Keurig Coffeemaker, and is perfect for your morning java, or it doubles as an adult beverage bar in the evenings. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, sink step-up stool, baby changing pad, baby wash tub, Pack n' Play, and children's books for bedtime. Each bathroom features a gorgeous shower with custom tilework (sorry, no bathtubs on-site). HURRY! Our calendar fills very quickly and we are booking reservations through the end of 2025 and into 2026! All guests need to complete and return our Standard Rental Agreement attached to the booking confirmation to finalize their reservation. Sorry, no pets, due to HOA rules and guest allergies. We really enjoyed our stay at Seawatch. We had a very clean/beautiful condo with all of its amenities, delicious home made cookies and beautiful view of the beach with its morning sunrises. Our great grand children stayed one night with us and had such a good time that they didn’t want to go home. Hope to come back.

Christmas getaway

We had a fantastic time. Condo has high end finishes with beautiful ocean front views. Lovely beach walks just steps away and quick trips into St Augustine to see the Christmas lights. Condo was tastefully decorated for a beach Christmas. Special touches like the Christmas decor, custom cookies and a greeting and tour by the owner made it a truly special stay. Quality NE FLA Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and the Atlantic equally so. Enjoyed sunrises and full moon rise over the water. This spot is even better than the online photos. Wonderful walking beach. Whether you're seeking privacy or more social life, you can find both. Fabulous restaurants on Vilano Beach and in St. Augustine. Hosts are most gracious. Highly recommend.

Renovated unit was gorgeous!

We have stayed at this condo several times now but I will have to say that this owner has thought of everything. Frequently utilized condiments were stocked, beach towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, beach toys, coffee filters, cleaning supplies and plenty of TP too :). The owner left hand made beach themed cookies (such a nice touch!) and the place was decorated top notch. They thought of everything to make the stay convenient.

Another Perfect Day in Paradise

this wasn’t my first experience at staying at the property owned by Mike and Karyn. I will always be a repeat customer to one of the finest places in North Florida. We really loved our stay at Sand Dollar! The property host, Mike, was helpful and an excellent communicator. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The beds and showers were great! The best part was waking up, having coffee, and enjoying the ocean and sunrise on the deck. Staying right on the ocean is the most magical experience. This was a great location for daily beach walks, Publix and the fishing pier in walking distance, and excellent restaurants nearby. We loved the care and attention to detail that you put into your condo to make it a top-notch place to stay. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again!

Another fabulous stay!

This was our third stay at either Sand Dollar or C-Scape so, obviously, we keep coming back. The fabulous condo offers a spectacular view, a perfect outdoor space, access to a beautiful walkable beach and easy access to a grocery store and St. Augustine. The condo was super clean and has literally everything you need (I have yet to stay anywhere else that is as well equipped as this one). You could literally just bring a toothbrush and a bathing suit and you would be all set. Communication with Mike was great and the checking/checkout process was easy. Already looking at dates for next year!

Vilano Beach Dream Birthday

My husband and I can see why Mike is a super host. This condo was well appointed, close to everything and quiet. So close to the beach you can hear the waves from your bedroom (and I don’t mean with the windows open). Everything we needed was provided beach wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, grill, even a foot pump for our mat. Beautifully decorated, kitchen appliances were top grade and all supplies for kitchen you needed. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and it was simply perfect. Would be great for a family also. If you see this condo listed I would not hesitate you cannot go wrong here. Thanks again Mike and Karyn for sharing this condo.
