As such, occasional encounters with local wildlife and insects such as but not limited to ants, centipedes, snakes, mosquitoes, and cockroaches are possible. To help prevent this, we recommend keeping doors closed at all times. Although we do not offer refunds for such encounters, we will make every effort to address the issue with our pest control company.
Outdoor Maintenance: The home’s exterior is regularly cleaned and well-maintained. However, due to the lush, shaded environment under beautiful oak trees, the outdoor area may still have fallen leaves, even with routine cleaning. We appreciate your understanding of this natural feature of the property.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, particularly during the months of August through October, as we do not offer refunds for inclement weather and strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
