Tiny living but enough for two

Me and my spouse stayed at the condo and there was room for us but I couldn’t image having an another person stay, maybe a young child but still small living space. The location to the Beach is worth its weight in gold also the grounds are very well kept and the pool area had plenty lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The employees in the office and taking care of the grounds were very friendly and helpful, Thank you!

1990s Beach Getaway

The property was clean but does not represent like the pictures. It might help the overall appearance if they didn't include heavy blackout curtains. The curtains are required because the bedroom window is on the property walkway and the living room is on the pool. We loved the direct pool and beach access, but privacy shouldn't block out all light. The property ilooks like a 1990s spring break party condo. Repairs and a few amenities would help. Broken floor tile, broken fridge shelf, no beach towels, no potholders, no kitchen towels, no pitcher, and the worst entry/lock system we've ever had to deal with. We were surprised that a ground-floor condo had a HUGE staircase or a ramp walk up with little loading access. If you have mobility issues, this place will be difficult. Lots of paperwork with this location too.

Stay was good, but did not like the cost to use VRBO and realestate. Never talked to a owner & cost of what we got was to high. Also did not like the cancellation policy. Sorry but will never agree to do it again.

The location was alright,about 15 minutes from St Augustine. The condo had something’s that needed fixed like the bench and table that was poolside it was all rusted and couldn’t be sit on, the tile floor in the kitchen area was broke and the pots and pans were old and stained

This was a very peaceful stay. The location of being right next to the pool was wonderful! The bed was super comfortable also! It is a cozy condo however but perfect for just 2 people.

Loved the location! Stayed at Beachers last year but not poolside and right at the beach. Everything in the condo was as described in the listing and was clean & comfortable! Dog friendly restaurant s were nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

I have stayed at Beachers lodge before but not poolside. I loved the access to the pool right off the room. Could of used a really good deep clean but all in all I really enjoyed it. Bed was comfy and plenty of room to move around. Close to restaurants and the ice cream shop which we went every night! Will be back!
