Sleeping arrangements
The second floor holds three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom, with doors opening onto a private porch. Nearby, the Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and smart TV, connected to a hallway bath with a tub. A third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle and its own bathroom with shower, a comfortable setup for children or solo travelers. On the ground level, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles creates six beds in total and opens to a covered patio. This floor also includes a queen bedroom and a shared bathroom with a glass shower.
Outdoor living
The upper porch wraps around the top floor, providing a generous space to enjoy breezes and views. The ground level patio includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Vehicle beach access just one block away makes it easy to bring along beach essentials for a full day by the water.
Kitchen & dining
The top floor is anchored by an open-concept living area with a stainless steel kitchen, double ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and dining table. A powder room on this level adds convenience. The ground floor kitchenette provides a sink, coffee maker, glasses, and beach towels, perfect for quick snacks and easy access for younger guests.
Entertainment & extras
Inside, the garage doubles as a game room with ping pong, while the bunk room includes a foosball table. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer are available, along with an elevator connecting all three levels. Beach gear, toys, and a gas grill are ready for your stay.
Neighborhood
Crescent Beach offers a quiet shoreline within minutes of local restaurants and shopping, and you can reach historic downtown St. Augustine in about 15 minutes. Whether gathering on the porch, enjoying the game room, or exploring the nearby beach, this home provides an easy base for your time on the coast.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions.
