With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this ocean view location offers a comfortable retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on one of two private balconies, watching the sunrise paint the sky in beautiful colors. Best of all, you can bring your dog (less than 30 pounds, pet fee $100) to enjoy the beach with you!

Inside you'll find two stories of tastefully decorated interior with tons of coastal charm. The living space is designed to capture the essence of seaside living, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the master king bed with a brand new mattress, then wake up to ocean views from your bedroom. The comfortable second bedroom features one twin and one full bed, and for your convenience, we have an in-unit washer and dryer.

We loved staying here! The 2 balconies were a bonus, although we spent every morning and evening from the top balcony. So beautiful! Clean, easy access and felt safe! Property was beautiful and the walk to the beach was a breeze! Loved having a washer and dryer and beach supplies. Will recommend!

Our stay at the Ocean Villa Condo was wonderful! From check-in to check-out all went smoothly! Our unit was exceptionally clean and very well appointed! The grounds and pool area were well kept and the short walk to the ocean was very manageable. The area boasts many great restaurants and visits to Old St. Augustine were enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others as well.

We had a great stay, location is perfect right by the beach and near restaurants and putt-putt, we loved the two pools (especially the heated one when it was a little chilly outside) and the beautiful palm tree lined paths in the resort. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, boogie boards etc. Spacious townhouse and the view of the beach and waves from master bedroom was a great way to start each day!

One of the nicest vacation rental experiences I've had. From the booking to the cleanliness of the unit and exemplary communication from Shawn @ resort rentals. This is by far one you should consider if coming to St Augustine. My wife & I will probably never look anywhere else when visiting here!

This was our 7th stay at ocean villas. We love the property, pool, beach. The unit was nice. Third floor balcony does have good ocean views. Our only issues were two of the outlets in the kitchen wouldn’t work (kept trying the reset button but just had to move stuff around) and to dry clothes, you had to run it twice. It would be nice if there were more towels, but that’s not a biggie. Overall nice stay even with a hurricane.

The condo has the perfect location. It’s on the beach, has access to 2 pools, and is in walking distance or a short drive to a variety of restaurants. Condo was clean and came with plenty of supplies to get your started and lots of beach toys. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The location and value of this rental is INCREDIBLE! Dog friendly, right on the beach, quiet, within walking distance to many local places to eat and shop, 2 pools to enjoy. You are within a short 20 min. drive to historic St. Augustine but can walk right out to the beach. The beach is clean, dog friendly and family oriented. We will definitely be coming back. Wow!! We loved everything about our stay at this condo! The pools were great and both just a short walk from the condo. The beach was an easy, beautiful walk from the condo also! There were lots of beach toys for us to use! We love going to old town, which was only a 10ish minute drive. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this host was by far the most accommodating and responsive. I wouldn’t change a single thing! We have 2 boys, 10 and 13, and they loved it too! Can’t wait to come back and stay in this awesome place!
