This beautifully updated condo is located in the third floor (no elevator) of the building and has an incredible panoramic ocean view from almost every room. Once you walk into the unit you are greeted by an amazing ocean view. Step into the relaxing living area and have a seat on the couch while you take in all this top floor unit has to offer. Just outside is a large covered ocean front patio. Look North to the St Augustine Beach Pier or South to Crescent Beach! Back inside the updated kitchen with granite counters has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day. At the end of the day retreat to your private Master suite with Queen size bed, private bath and sliding doors to the ocean font patio. The second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.
