We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary. The room was modern and clean, the location (and water view) is outstanding, and the staff was warm and welcoming ... what more could you ask for. We are Florida locals and this will be our NEW "go to place" in St Augustine!!!

The property is in a great location, just across the street from the marina and just a short walk to bars, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and a good size. There was no pool or hot tub. The parking is on site.

Loved our room, beautiful view of the St Augustine bay. Just a short walk from all your favorite things to do in St Augustine there is a restaurant right below the hotel and down the road is all the shops! And parking is great here only 20 bucks extra and your guaranteed a parking space unlike other hotels.

The hotel was nicely located near a good restaurant, at a nice downtown location near the pier, with very accessible parking. The room was ready earlier than expected and they were even cool with us parking a bit past our check-out time which made lunch on our last day that much easier. Definitely recommend!

You couldn't ask for a lmore welcoming staff! The rooms are updated and clean. The location can't be beat! It is right on Avenita De Mendez. Right across from the harbor. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and St George St.

Great location! Outdoor seating with great views. we watched the space launch from the upper deck. Large, clean room, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient parking for all guests. Minor issues: hot water had low pressure in shower, a/c unit was loud, no in-room safe. We would stay here again because overall it was wonderful.
