Enjoy art-filled modern luxury 1 block from the beach! Located in the heart of the highly desirable Biera Mar neighborhood on Anastasia Island (around the corner from Tom Petty's former home). The backyard is a beautiful outdoor oasis with a private heated saltwater pool (option to heat Nov-April), a hot tub, yard games, outdoor kitchen and plenty of places to relax. 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (all 3 upstairs bedrooms have en suites). A game room with ping pong, Pac Man, ring toss, a bar and a sitting area with a 65" Roku TV. All this just a block from a quiet end of St. Aug beach and a 15-minute drive to historic downtown!

Excellent Beach Trip

We had a fabulous time at this home in the St Augustine area. The house and the pool were both awesome, well stocked both for inside and outside fun. Everything was exactly as described, even better! The beach was just a short walk away. We all said it was the best place our group has stayed. It is highly recommended by all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed three nights over the Memorial Day weekend. It surpassed expectations based on the photos and description. It was well stocked with linens and towels, spices, and had a high chair and pack and play, which was a bonus for us. Everything was also very well organized. The outdoor area was awesome! A fenced in yard, a wonderful pool and hot tub, and back patio area with comfortable furniture; it did not show in the photos, but there is a fence and gate that separated the patio area from the pool area. This was also a bonus for us because of having a one year old and three year old with us. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. The indoor play area was so much fun! There is table tennis and the Pac-Man video game, as well as an additional sitting area and other games available to play. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. All in all, this is probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many over the years
