Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put any used towels/blankets/linens in the provided hampers in the bedrooms.
Please make sure the stove and oven are off. Please also make sure all TVs and fans are off.
Please double check that all doors are locked including the sun room/garage/back kitchen (GREEN KEY), & front door w/ YALE lock only. Please return keys to the middle of the dining table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a peaceful neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors.
Enjoy the swing under the oaks at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
Please treat our home with respect as if it were your own. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
