Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level along with one bathroom, the 2nd bath is downstairs and offers a walk-in shower. Sit back and relax in the comfy sofa and chair. From your townhome, you’re less than 100 steps to the ocean, with the pool in between. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.
A one time parking fee of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on site office at the complex.

Fantastic getaway!
This was the finest condo I’ve stayed in! Perfectly situated to enjoy the beach or the pool because both are steps away. It’s basically brand new and had the comfiest beds and anything in the kitchen you could want to use to cook for yourself. We had the best time eating breakfast on the deck and spending all day on the beach!

This property was beautiful and comfortable! We loved having the view of the ocean and being steps away from it. We also really enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature. We appreciated that there were 2 beach chairs at the property since we traveled by plane and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this unit!

The condo has undergone a complete renovation and it is beautiful. It is better than the pictures! Check in was a breeze and everyone was super friendly. The bedrooms are large and the balcony was a hit with everyone; you can not only see the water but hear it! We will definitely be back!

steps from the beach
wonderful updated condo just steps from the beach. check in process was quick and easy, and the condo had everything we could ask for. one of the best kitchens in the condos we’ve rented so far.
plan on driving to get to most restaurants and coffee but the condo is convenient to most restaurants within a 10 min drive.
a small suggestion: hanging shower caddies or small wall shelves would increase storage space in the bathrooms. if a couple is sharing a bathroom, space becomes premium very quickly. also, blackout curtains for the front bedroom upstairs would be appreciated for light-sensitive sleepers.
