About this property

Near historic Bridge of Lions, Old Town, and beaches! Huge Outdoor Living Space!

  • Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom 2100 sq ft house in St Augustine. Top of the line furnishings. Plenty of outdoor space. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. 5 minutes drive to the beach, or walk to the Bridge of Lions to enjoy the sunset.


    Three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a stunning gas fireplace. Master bathroom has a separate shower and luxurious bath tub. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds, and access to the outside decks and huge outdoor living space. Second bathroom is oversized with both an enclosed shower and soaking tub. There also is a small deck off the great room for BBQ. Gas fire place in the living room for cozy winter nights. State of the art chef’s kitchen with tons of natural light. Outdoor hot and cold shower, great for coming off the beach. Extra large driveway in the back of the house perfect park multiple cars or boat.
