Stayed here for a week with my family and we had a great time. Great location and all of the amenities we needed. Only thing missing was beach chairs but we made do.

This property is nicely designed and close to the ocean. We stayed on 3rd floor with wonderful views. Parking was convenient and online staff were very responsive to text messages. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had easy access. Highly recommend this place.

Overall the stay was nice great view and walk to the beach but it was some thing so noticed around the resort that really needs some fixing and updating also in the room as well. The hot was didn’t stay hot long the hot tub was trash.

There were two nice balconies off the condo. Comfortable seating and beds. Property needs a thorough cleaning though. One of the glass doors doesn’t close properly so it doesn’t lock. All in all it was an average stay.

Bday get away!

The room was absolutely amazing! Loved how big all the rooms were everything was so clean! the beds were super comfy. The big tub in the king bed room was so nice, just wish the jets worked. Loved are stay cant wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!

We were bummed to find the heated pool was not working, without any communication from the property. The 3 flights of stairs to walk with kids and groceries is no joke. Our room was absolutely spotless. The layout was great for a multi generation trip. The clubhouse is not worth any added amenity, it smells very musty. We would surely stay again.

We liked this place very much. Not only the condo was comfortable with many amenities included, but it was closed to the (beautiful) beach, restaurants, a supermarket (Publix) and a Starbucks 😀 We will definitely come back soon!

Great property at a great deal. Very close and beautiful walk to the beach. Both pools and the hot tub were clean and not packed. Our rooms were big and clean. Condo had all the amenities and some. Id stay here again for sure.

Ocean Gate Hibiscus had a great location. The beach access led to beautiful, soft white sand. We often saw dolphins just off the beach. Grocery and restaurants were less than 10 minutes away. The property itself was outdated but served its purpose in a quiet corner. We asked to extend our visit an additional day which customer service was able to accommodate. Although no one answered the phone, their response time to sent messages was quick and helpful.

Nice little place at a reasonable price

The condo was small but it had a comfortable bed, which is my most important criterion for a place. The condition of the condo was very good but that of Ocean Hibiscus grounds was not, so thats why i gave it an average rating. The steps and woodwork on the grounds need maintenance. The beach near the property was nice and so were the pools and hottub. The owners should provide a can opener and a broom.

Disappointed overall

We were disappointed overall. The dryer in our condo wasn’t working and although reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. Our condo was very dated. Now for the plus side of our stay. The beach access was good. It was bit of a walk but not bad. The pools were good.

Great Property, Management Could Be Better

The condo unit was great. A full 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms with a pull out couch bed. Everything was clean and all silverware/dishes were supplied. The only issue I had was with the check in process. The unit was ready when we arrived on property at 1pm, but the wouldn't activate the lock code until the actual check in time of 4pm. They at least let us park and hang at the beach, but would have been nice to unload the car since the room was already vacated and cleaned.

The property advertise that it was Ocean view, which is a partial view. The pictures do no justice. The property was not as clean as it should’ve been there’s false information giving and you it’s hard to communicate with anyone for the hibiscus. The manager never contacted me back after I called three times and talked to somebody and then on top of that found bugs in my room which I did take pictures of the property smelled awful. It was decent for the price but well, not worth to stay or to be advertised as an ocean view from your room

While apt overall was good size, clean and supplied, I reported dinging alarm in another unit 3 times and no one fixed so heard for entire 3 days. Cracked tile , and squishy subfloor in kitchen. Our bldg exterior needs upgrade, looked like property was being upgraded but not our bldg yet. Good potential if they address these items.

Will not be staying again

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. I did have contact with the property manager prior to our arrival, the property manager office was very pleasant. That being said, the property was dirty, upon our arrival with hair from previous guests in both bathrooms, leftover food in the freezer, and the floors were generally dirty. There was a paper on the refrigerator, listing the code for the beach gate although we discovered that this code was outdated when we tried to use it. We did not receive any direction as to how we were to leave the property when we were done, so we did strip the beds and put the dirty towels in the washing machine. Not worth the hassle.

Will NOT be back

Out of the four TVs in our suite only one actually had cable. One did not have a remote, one only got one channel and one only local stations. The microwave was unusable. It would trip the entire condos electric when it was used. Were not provided with enough toilet paper or trash bags for a week. This is a huge oversight and since there is no office, there’s no way to go ask for more. Should not have had to take time away from my vacation to go buy TP and garbage bags. Couch cushions were heavily stained. No black out curtains or any curtains on any of the windows. Abysmal help finding the unit. The grounds very dilapidated and finding the room was near impossible. Signs showing only bottom floor numbers but not 2nd or 3rd. Took 20min to find where we were staying. The walk to the beach is LONG and winds around three pools, a hot tub, a falling apart wooden path (broken boards, popped nails, etc)

We booked this condo to accommodate our family of six. There were only two beds! One child had to sleep on the couch (not a pullout by the way), one child had to sleep on the cot (which would fold up when they moved just a smidge). And my other two children had to share a bed. It said this was an ocean view - it’s not! One of the hot tubs was not working and only one of three pools is heated. We came back after a long day to no water! It was shut off due to a plumbing issue in another condo. No note or anything to us that the water was being shut off. There was only two bowls to use between 6 people! The main bathroom door did not lock. TV in secondary bedroom’s volume was not working. The hardware was falling off the furniture in the secondary bedroom. There were not enough towels for six people (pool and regular). We also were not able to adjust the temperature of the rooms as the thermostat was locked so it was either too hot or too cold depending on the time of day.
