Elegant 3-Bed Condo Near Beach with Elevator Access
Welcome to Ocean Reef!
This quiet community of 16 units is located on the west side of A1A Beach Boulevard and just a 10 minute or less walk to the beach via the boardwalk through scenic Ocean Hammock Park located approximately 100 yards south of the property.
Unit 306 is a top floor, end unit with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your fresh catch and has bar seating for three adjacent to the dining table that seats six. The living area has a 60" flat screen smart TV and direct access to the private, covered balcony with wooded views and peeks of the pool. The huge primary bedroom has a King bed, 55" flat screen smart TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo that also has hallway access. The third bedroom has two twins.
The property has elevator access and a refreshing community pool. You'll be only 6 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and walking distance to shopping and dining in this convenient location. There's so much to see and do: Get up close with the gators at the Alligator Farm, swim with dolphins at Marineland, play miniature golf, rent bikes just three miles up A1A, kayak and stand-up paddleboard at nearby county and state parks, or take a memorable trolley tour. You'll fall in love with all that St. Augustine has to offer, and Ocean Reef as your home away from home!
