Ocean View Beach Escape - Creston House 2 Bdrm 2 Bath Condo - St Augustine

Enjoy the sea breezes and spectacular ocean views from balconies on the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The private beach boardwalk is just a few steps across the manicured lawn. A large pool is just behind the unit. You can view the unheated pool from the main living area balcony and the master bedroom balcony. This condo is a perfect place to beat the crowds and relax at one of the best beaches in Florida.
This pristine family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine Beach (Crescent Beach). The townhouse floorplan, located on the second and third floors of the building, has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The kitchen, family room/dining room and a second bath are located downstairs.
The spacious master has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper downstairs. Comfortably sleeps a family of five or six.
This unit has a wonderful open floorplan kitchen, updated furnishings, luxurious tile bathrooms, wood vinyl plank on first floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The exterior just received an update with fresh paint, new entry door, and new screen door. Recent safety upgrades include UV Germicidal System (kills airborne germs and viruses) in heating and air conditioning system to improve indoor air quality.

Beautiful beach and comfortable condo

Condo was very comfortable and quiet and included everything we needed. The beach is my favorite beach in all of Florida. It’s never crowded, clean white sand and flat so great for taking very long walks. Nice restaurants close by. There is a beautiful large pool but it’s not heated. Was too cold in February for me to use.

Midweek Family Escape

Our family of 5 stayed here midweek between 2 weddings. The accommodations were clean and as advertised. Access to the beach and pool were wonderful. The only drawback was the speed of the internet; which was a bit frustrating for my husband as he had several meetings to attend. Of course, most people do not need internet access while on vacation;. Thank you!

The unit itself was clean and inviting. The only thing it lacked was beach towels which would have been handy. The kitchen had everything we needed but honestly we did not cook much. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap on arrival. There was a hairdryer available but I had packed my own. There were beach toys and chairs available. Overall great unit!

A true, relaxing vacation without worry for safety!

Quiet, excellent location for sunning and shopping! Check-in and check-out was seamless, condo and property overall was clean, with just the right amenities from a Keurig to beach umbrella and chairs. We were so impressed, we reserved the same week for next year 2 days into our stay! An added bonus was property management/employees were welcoming and accommodating!

Very Peaceful & Quite

We enjoyed the peace & quite. The neighbors were all very nice and their fur babies too:) The condo was close enough to the town. We enjoyed it not being so busy. The beach was lovely and just what we needed. The condo has lots of room. We were so excited when we opened the closet and found everything we needed for the beach...chairs and an umbrella. Location, Location

Condo is in a very convenient location to explore St. Augustine. Nice wildlife near the condo - we saw birds, pelicans, tortoises by the beach. It's a wide, white sandy and very walkable beach. Condo was nicely sized for 4 adults. Pool too was not crowded and clean.

Oceanfront Relaxation Paradise

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and fully stocked. We watched dolphins from the balconies, relaxed by the pool and hung out on the beach. This place is a slice of paradise. Nice and quiet. The staff were all very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for family vaca

Amazing area on the beach for us to stay with our three young children. Close to areas of attraction without being in the center of crowds/noise. Beds were comfy and the pool was perfect! We used the kitchen quite a lot and especially enjoyed the balconies off the living room and bedrooms.

I Love St Augustine Beach

I love the beach view and closeness to the beach. I grew up in Palatka and this has always been my favorite beach in the worlld. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need for your beach stay.
