  • This quaint and peaceful home located in St. Augustine's downtown neighborhood is the perfect place to explore everything this city has to offer. The space has an open boho feel, great for friends and family to gather. Multiple outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. This cozy purple bungalow offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, open kitchen, a working desk space, and so much more.

    Just a 10 minute walk to historic downtown St. Augustine! Enjoy the walk in closet, 2 full bathrooms, brand new queen mattresses, ample living area and 2 outdoor patios. The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. There are 2 mounted TVs with Roku streaming services located in the living room and the back bedroom. All updated appliances and new furnishings for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The beautiful beaches of St. Augustine are less than a 10 minute car ride away, located on Anastasia Island just over the Bridge of Lions.

    Bring a bike or enjoy a leisurely stroll to all the local Lincolnville establishments. Right around the corner from Blue Hen where you can enjoy one of the best brunches in town. Dog rose Brewery is perfect for a casual beer and Fish Camp for a nice waterfront dinner. Free street parking throughout Lincolnville and metered parking in downtown St. Augustine.
