🚨 HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
We want every guest to have an amazing experience, so please take note of our house rules:
* Primary Renter Must Be 24+ and present during the stay.
* No Smoking/Vaping inside the home.
* No Parties or Events without prior approval.
* Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 9 AM.
* Rental Agreement Required: The primary renter must sign within 48 hours of booking.
* Security Deposit: A $500 refundable hold is required on the guest's credit card.
