Located right by The St. Augustine Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse, and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars, this is a wonderful venue to relax and take in the beauty and history of St. Augustine. Rent bikes and enjoy a less than 1 mile ride to Anastasia Park, 3 miles to beach access, or a 1.5 mile ride over the Bridge of Lions to ride around the cobblestone streets of the Old City. Take in popular concerts in the St. Augustine Ampitheatre, just a 1 mile walk away. The fully fenced backyard will become your favorite spot for hanging out with family and friends, splashing in the pool, sunbathing, or resting in a hammock among the shady tropical foliage. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
