The Space:
Single level living made easy! We have a primary en-suite King bedroom with walk-in shower, a secondary king bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The hall bath is conveniently equipped with a bath/shower combo, making traveling with littles easier. We also have a new Graco pack n play and a booster seat that straps to a chair.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. Enjoy the screened lanai, and a fully fenced backyard for added privacy and pet safety. Parking is available on-premises with additional street parking if needed. The home is a single-level layout, making it easily accessible for all guests.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a friendly, family-oriented area of St. Augustine, the neighborhood offers a mix of charming residential streets and easy access to local parks. Enjoy a short drive to the beautiful beaches and historic sites, with nearby restaurants and shops just minutes away.

Getting Around:
Getting around St. Augustine is convenient and easy! The home is a short drive from popular attractions, beaches, and downtown, where you can explore on foot. Public transportation options are available, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft can quickly take you wherever you need to go. For those who enjoy biking, several scenic paths are nearby, making it a great way to explore the area!

No Parties allowed. No smoking allowed.
Quiet hours observed from 10pm - 8am.

We are pet friendly, however pets must be approved in advance and pet fees will apply.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
