I did a road trip with my parents to St Augustine yo visit. This place is convenient and close to the historical town. We had a great time staying at this place.
This is a GREAT property that has a lot of history and it is near everything St. Augustine! The hosts were responsive to questions about the area. We felt welcomed!
We honestly didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was a nice place to return to after a long day of having fun and enjoying the beauty of of florida's oldest city. If we had had a longer stay, this would have been the perfect place, considering it has all the comforts of home.
Location terrific. Kelly was helpful and quick to amswer questions. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We were within walking distance and if you wanted to drive everything was within just 5-6mins away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for our stay. The interior was really clean and updated. A nice little gem within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. The only problem was parking. Room for one vehicle off of Riberia St which was at times busy. I would stay again.
The property was perfect for my family. It was close to nights of lights. We loved and enjoyed it. If we ever go back to St Augustine, This would be our place to stay.
We came down to find a new home and the accommodations here were amazing. We were so close to everything. Great space. Thank you for sharing your home.
The house has everything you need. I love the safety measures the house has especially vacationing with children. We brought our bikes and were able to visit all surrounding attractions with our kids. The only minor thing is the driveway which is not paved just grass.
The house was in a great location in the Lincolnville (very historic also), and within walking distance of the old historic area of St Augustine. The house was perfect and had everything my wife and I needed for a wonderful week in St Augustine!
The house was just as perfect as the listing, super clean and the neighborhood was pretty quiet which was nice. The owners of the property were very responsive, even when I messaged them at midnight with my questions! Will definitely be staying again, the location combined with the price was amazing.
My daughters (age 22 and 25) and I had a great girls trip. It was so cute and quaint, and was perfect for us. Walk to downtown was about 20 minutes through the Historic District, which was fine as we were able to enjoy all the beautiful homes.
this was a Birthday weekend with my adult daughter. The location was very convenient to downtown St. Augustine and the restaurants. The house itself is very nice. However, in cooler weather the yard could be cleaned up and made more hospitable. I would however stay here again for a short stay as it was very nice inside and clean.
So my wife and I always have friends that want to meet in St Augustine but the hotel rates for St Augustine can be a little high with the per night fee, parking fee per night, resort fee, pet fee, 3 different types of taxes, etc. So when we booked this place for the 4 of us plus our little dog we were excited to do St Augustine the way we've been wanting to do St Augustine. The space was very homely and was very clean. Super easy walk to the historic downtown and some of the best places to eat/drink in St Augustine. If your staying here you gotta take the 5min walk to Ragga Surf Cafe for an amazing breakfast by the Marina or to Cornerstone Coffee for more amazing little bites. If you looking for a solid drink there 2 bars also walking distance that worth the visit, being the Fish Camp and Ice Plant Bar. Walking to downtown is super easy, 15 to 20min walk if youre taking your time which is waaaay better than paying for parking (this is coming from someone that visits St Augustine frequently). Really looking forward to booking this place again with family. If you are looking for a cozy place this is the perfect one.

Some boarded up and broken down homes in the midst of some nice ones.
We had a great time! Excellent communication with the host very responsive to any and questions. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need to cook. They had plenty of essentials so if so you dont have to go buy it if you didn't bring any or not enough. Laundry soap, dishwashing stuff, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, even a blow dryer which was great since I forgot mine. They even have a robot vacuum to help keep the floors clean during your stay. Overall we will stay again when we come back to ST AUGUSTINE
My 13 year old daughter and I spent spring break in St. Augustine and this little house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and the kitchen/bathroom were well-equipped, and we loved being able to walk to downtown every day - especially the cute little coffee shop 1 block over! The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Communication with the owner was easy and we didn't encounter any issues. However, no place is perfect, so I did want to mention the few things we noticed that might be helpful to future potential renters - the outside of the house itself is very cute, but the lawn and picket fence need a little TLC and don't leave a great 1st impression when you drive up, but once we unlocked the front door and stepped inside we were very pleased with the house itself. Also, the 1st bedroom off the living room gets some road noise while you are trying to sleep, so be prepared. My daughter slept in the other bedroom and didn't hear a sound, as that room is positioned towards the backyard of another home versus the road. So in renting this house, maybe you want to draw straws for who gets first dibs on their room! Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here in the future - we loved our trip, thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at Nero's Nest. Darling house, great location, and Kelly was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. House had everything we needed and more!
