Please use the outside shower to remove all sand before entering the pool or the home.

Per insurance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

PET POLICY:
Nonrefundable pet fee of $250 for 1 dog, $500 for 2. Dogs no larger than 30 lbs. each. No other pets allowed.
You must pick up after your pet. If housekeepers have to dispose of pet waste there will be a fine of $750. Any non disclosed pets found on property will also incur a fine. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will be bringing any dog(s).

•Please keep pets off furniture. We ask that if your pets do tend to lay on the couch or the bed at home to please go ahead and bring your own pet linen to cover. Any excessive pet hair or pet stains to carpet, linens, furniture or flooring and any damages to the property may result in additional fees.

•Dog is not allowed to be left at the property alone under any circumstances.

•Do not leave pet unattended outside.

•Pet is not allowed in pool.

Our pool is equipped with an electric heat pump. The electric heat pump captures heat from the ambient air and its effectiveness is reduced at temperatures below 55°. At these lower air temperatures there will not be any heat generated until the air temperature increases above 55°. The water temperature is set for 87°.

Pool is serviced weekly on Tuesday and Friday.

Pets are allowed on the property. The pet fee is $250 for one dog, and $500 for to be paid at the time of booking.

For your protection, we have cameras on the exterior of the property.

Your door code will change automatically for your no contact entry at 4pm and will change again upon your departure at 10am.

County wide quiet hours begin at 8 PM on Monday- Thursday and Sunday. Begins at 11 PM Friday and Saturday. From 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the maximum allowable noise level is 65 decibels (comparable to a washing machine).
From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, the maximum allowable noise level decreases to 60 decibels.

From May 1 - October 31, we have sea turtles who nest on our beaches each year. While they`re nesting, the beach needs to be kept as dark as possible. Since this house is oceanfront, we need your help to keep our sea turtles safe. Beginning at dusk on the side of the house that faces the beach, we ask that you please:
1) turn off all outside lights
2) pull down all window shades for any windows or glass doors.
