The biggest highlight of this property is its amazing location. Being directly on the beach with beautiful sunrise views made the trip very special. The kitchen and living room are spacious and provide a comfortable area for families to gather.The layout worked fairly well for our group. The main floor has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a small workspace with a desk, and another shared bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms was very comfortable, but the other has an air conditioning unit located in the closet that runs constantly and is extremely loud. It made sleeping and relaxing in that room difficult.Unfortunately, we were unable to use the basement/game room because the air quality did not seem healthy, and there appeared to be a mold issue. The rest of the house was clean, but as this is a beachfront property, I would recommend having the air ducts and vents professionally cleaned.There were also a few other disappointments. The dryer was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient after spending time at the beach. In addition, the listing advertised kayaks, but none were available for guests to use.Overall, this is a nice beach house with an unbeatable beachfront location, but it is significantly overpriced. We paid about 3,700 for two nights, and considering the noisy bedroom, shared bathrooms, unusable basement, broken dryer, and missing kayaks, I did not feel it provided good value for the price.
