Welcome to The Turtle Nest at Ocean Villas:

Discover the ultimate beachfront getaway in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Our condo is your gateway to relaxation, fun, and a wide range of activities for you and your family. Located directly on the beach with great ocean views and private beach access, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Accommodations:

Our recently renovated and redecorated condo is a testament to our love for the beach and the St. Augustine area, which we frequent several times a month. Nestled on the second and third stories, this condo boasts two fully furnished balconies overlooking the ocean and one of the two pools. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a delightful dinner, these balconies offer the perfect backdrop.

Inside, our well-equipped kitchen comes with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. The kitchen's cold-water tap is filtered for both drinking and cooking.

After a day at the beach or pool, relax indoors while watching cable on the 55” HD TV. If you need a break from the family fun downstairs, retreat to the master bedroom, equipped with a 42” HD TV and a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle, making it perfect for families or groups.

For your convenience, we provide ample linens which include towels, beach towels, and an initial set of toiletries. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. If you happen to forget any essentials, a grocery store and Target are just a short distance away. We also offer beach toys, board games, and two beach chairs for your enjoyment.

Access:

Our condo offers hassle-free self-check-in via keypad. The community features a gate that requires an access code for added security.
Two parking tags are included with your rental. Please ensure they are visible to avoid any towing issues.

Notes:
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
• Motorhomes, trailers, boats, jet skis, and other recreational equipment are not permitted.
• Additional county/community policies will be outlined in the rental agreement.

We had a wonderful stay at the Turtle Nest! The property was clean, well decorated, and was perfect for a family with young kids (we especially loved the beach toys/towels/chairs provided for our use). Perfect beach location with a heated pool!

Condo was great for our family of 4. Perfect pool for kids (ours were 3 and 5) with direct beach access. Owners were very easy to work with and proactively communicated with us as a hurricane barreled through the day before our stay.

Beautiful beachside condo

Long girls weekend for just 2 of us. Immediately after booking, the host reached out to me to see if we needed any tips for the area. This was so appreciated. Condo was absolutely spotless and loved the fact that everything (shampoo, soap toilet paper, laundry pods were provided so that we did not need to purchase it for a short weekend. Wonderful condo with easy access to the beach and pool, just steps away. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved everything about this place, the apartment was super clean, very well equipped with household items, everything you need for the beach including sand toys. It was very close to the beach, you can go back and forth at any time as it is not even a 4 minute walk. The pool was really nice. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back to the turtle nest.

Ocean villas unit 11 turtle nest

Beautiful place. Comfortable master bed on third floor. Perfect for a small family. Walk in pool. Perfect for families with small children. Lagoon pool perfect for older children and adults. Beach access, beach showers, bathrooms on the pool decks, miniature, golf with ice cream very close.
