"Booked a room a week prior to arrival, Showed up only to find out they had over booked themselves and refused me a room. If you aren’t sophisticated enough now to manage in house bookings in addition to 2nd/3rd party platforms then remove your hotel from the additional platforms. After 30 min of fued, they finally granted me a lame double room, far cry from the executive king suite I booked, but at 10 pm… The place is old, out dated, filthy and with all of the cracks in the concrete structure, not sure how the building is still standing never less up to code. You can see where mold has been painted over in lieu of mitigation. Save yourself and your health. Stay some where else. "

Its location is truly prime—steps away from the Red Hat Amphitheater and the Convention Center, making it incredibly easy to explore the best of the city on foot. "The entire property was wonderful! Walkable to the downtown area. A adorable small outdoor area to sit outside. Wonderful extras! And Darla was extremely responsive! We will definitely stay again!"

"This was a perfect location to downtown which is why we booked the property. The bathroom mats were dirty and the hand towel looked like it had not been washed. We opted to use a different towel. There was no washcloths but we did have towels. The overall decor was a little outdated and somewhat creepy but we did make the best of it. It was good for a last minute girls trip but would most likely not rebook in the future. Host did keep me informed as it was a last minute book and the property may not be clean by the check in time but we did not have any other issues. "
